The 21, bis Mirabeau exhibition explores the links between contemporary art and the science of the cosmos, through a collective exhibition showcasing the work of three Belgian artists (Stéphane Thidet, Stéphanie Roland and Ief Spince-Maille) and a new work by Lucien Bitaux, winner of the CHRONIQUES Création 2022 platform.
Each with its own dedicated section, these four works develop a unique sensory approach to astrophysical and astronomical phenomena, interpreted here through automation technologies, experimental photographic techniques and kinetic sculptures.
This exhibition explores the theme of this Biennale through a journey from nightfall to the dead of the night, and acts as an observatory of the aesthetics that emerge from the observation of these physical phenomena.
