A BIENNIAL EVENT FOR ALL AUDIENCES

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS

As part of its action with the public and its policy of transmission, the CHRONICLES team proposes a set of cultural and educational activities throughout the Biennial, for all audiences and all ages: individuals, groups, schoolchildren, students…

THE FESTIVAL OFFICES

FOR ALL AUDIENCES

Two offices will be open throughout the Biennial: at the Médialab of the Friche la Belle de Mai and at the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office. Teams of mediators will accompany the public in the exploration of digital arts and cultures and in the construction of their own itineraries: mediations, guided tours, creativity workshops, and meetings with artists.

A DIGITAL BACK-TO-SCHOOL

FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS

«A digital back-to-school» is an educational program developed by CHRONICLES in partnership with the Academy of Aix-Marseille. In connection with the programming of the Biennial of Digital Imaginations, it offers tours and shows, practical workshops in the classroom as well as meetings with artists. In order to prepare the students in the best possible way, the teachers have access to a training program included in the Academic Training Plan, a pedagogical file and a platform of online resources dedicated to digital arts: reperes-numeriques.org. About ten projects of artistic and cultural education are included (AEC, INES, PAME).

THE CHRONIQUES CAMPUS PROGRAM

FOR STUDENTS

Throughout the Biennial, the CHRONICLES teams are continuing their support in the higher education sector with the «Chroniques Campus» program, which places the arts and digital cultures at the heart of the professionalization of students. With the discovery of works and meetings with artists, these courses invite time for digital creativity to be shared between artists and students from different institutions in our territory.
